What this app is
My Safe Space: A Place to Pause is a free journaling and self-reflection tool for general wellbeing. It is not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or crisis support.
Local storage
Journal entries, reflections, drafts, recovery snapshots, appearance settings, and privacy-lock settings are stored locally on your device using browser storage. They are not collected, sold, or shared by My Safe Space: A Place to Pause.
Backups and deletion
You can export a backup from the menu. You can also use Delete all data to remove locally stored reflections, journal entries, saved drafts, and recovery snapshots.
Device responsibility
Because entries are stored on your device, anyone with access to your unlocked device or browser profile may be able to view them. Use the privacy lock, device lock, and backups in a way that fits your needs.
No tracking by default
My Safe Space: A Place to Pause does not include advertising trackers or analytics in this project. Browser, hosting, or app-store environments may still process technical data outside this app's control.
